Chabé Italy at the heart of the 2024 Venice Film Festival

We are incredibly proud that our Italian agency, Palazzi Agency by Chabé, took part in the 2024 edition of the prestigious Venice International Film Festival, a landmark event in the world of cinema. This year, our presence at the festival was amplified by the historical expertise of Palazzi Agency, combined with our know-how in transportation and security services.

A bespoke VIP service

During the festival, we provided a wide range of bespoke services, showcasing our ability to meet the diverse needs of this internationally renowned event. In numbers, here’s what we achieved during the festival:

• 175 VIP services and Meet & Greet at the airport, where our agent greets the passenger as they step off the plane. The agent handles tax refund formalities, facilitates check-in, and then escorts the VIP to the boarding gate or VIP lounge, using fast-track security lanes. Upon arrival, our agent waits for the passenger at the aircraft exit, retrieves their luggage, and accompanies them to the car where the Chabé chauffeur is waiting.
• 20 celebrities, including 18 international and 2 national talents, whom we had the honor to serve.
• 120 hostesses and security agents were present at the various evening events.
• 370 water taxi services and 185 water taxi at disposal ensured smooth transfers across Venice’s stunning lagoon.
• 52 vehicles at disposal and 59 transfers at the Venice Lido in Mercedes-Benz V-Class
• 180 V-Class transfers between Venice airport and the festival.

Meticulous preparation

The planning for this venture began in February, a full 8 months before the festival, with careful work to anticipate all the necessary resources.

Our dedicated team was essential to the success of this operation. In addition to the chauffeurs, greeters, security agents, etc., a team of nearly 30 people, including project managers, dispatchers, sales representatives, and water taxi coordinators, ensured comprehensive coverage throughout the festival.

A first success under a new identity
